Great to meet you!

Most people I work with are doing well on paper — but still feel stuck. You might be driven and capable, yet find yourself overthinking, doubting yourself, or feeling disconnected from your emotions. Maybe you’re tired of always being “the responsible one,” holding it together, or staying productive while something underneath feels unsettled. I’m a warm psychologist with 12 years of experience, and I specialize in working with professionals who want to feel more secure in themselves and break patterns that keep them from living the life they want.

My approach to therapy

My style is supportive, relational, and active. I integrate humanistic therapy with CBT and ACT to help you build insight and make real changes between sessions. As a gay male psychologist, I also value an affirming, identity-aware approach and often work with clients navigating family dynamics and the pressure to “be a certain version” of themselves.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, we’ll focus on helping you shift self-critical thinking and stop you from getting stuck in rumination, avoidance, or emotional shutdown. If you’re ready to feel more confident, emotionally connected, and aligned with the person you want to be, I’d be glad to talk. Reach out to schedule a consultation and see if we’re a fit.
