Great to meet you!

Hi there! Taking the first step is always the hardest part - I'm proud of you for doing it! Making your mental health a priority is the key to success and contentment. I have been working with members of the military and veterans for seven years now. Most recently, I have expanded my work with older adults and new mothers. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is laid back but evidence based. I incorporate humor as appropriate and always approach the session with empathy and curiosity about your personal experience.

What you can expect from me

I believe to be an effective therapist, I must meet you where you're at. To do this, we will complete an evaluation session first so that I can truly understand your goals for therapy. Toward the end of this session, we will collaborate to develop the best treatment plan for you.
