Great to meet you!

You deserve therapy where you can talk openly about who you are, what you've experienced, and what matters to you without worrying about being judged. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and questions around sexuality and gender identity, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ and kink/BDSM communities. Whether you're processing past experiences, feeling disconnected from yourself, or trying to understand patterns that keep showing up in your life, you don't have to fit a particular mold to deserve thoughtful, affirming care. You get to bring your whole self into the room.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy is a vulnerable process - and one you don’t have to navigate alone. My approach is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to feel possible and therapy should be a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space rooted in curiosity and compassion.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma with a focus on providing specialized care for members of the LGBTQ and the Kink/BDSM community. During our initial sessions, we will begin to explore your story, together identify issues and build a living plan for getting back to feeling like yourself.
