I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Texas providing teletherapy to clients. I graduated from Portland State University with a Master’s in Social Work and have pursued extensive post-graduate training in trauma treatment, couples counseling, and ACT/DBT models. I specialize in working with folks that struggle with anxiety, depression, developmental or acute trauma, family of origin concerns, LGBTQIIA+ issues, obsessive thinking, and stress management.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate to meet each client exactly where they are. My therapeutic toolkit is varied, drawing from mindfulness practices, parts-work, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and relational therapy to create individualized treatment. At its core, my practice is about helping people build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect to their inherent capacity for growth and healing.
An intake session with me is a chance for us to slow down and get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your history and current concerns, and begin identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll also share how I work so we can create a relational container that feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you.
