Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic health conditions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, family conflict, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed by emotional pain, stress, health-related challenges, or patterns that no longer serve them.

My goal is to provide a compassionate, inclusive, and affirming environment where you feel safe exploring your experiences while building greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence. Together, we'll work toward meaningful growth, healing, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and individualized to your unique needs and goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy.

I believe healing happens through understanding both past experiences and present challenges. Together, we'll identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, process trauma, and create practical solutions that support long-term emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what challenges feel most important right now. We'll discuss your goals, current stressors, and what support would feel most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful with a clearer understanding of how therapy can support your healing and personal growth.
