Great to meet you!

As a licensed independent clinical social worker and psychotherapist, my approach to mental health is multifaceted. I believe in a mind, body and spirit approach, to help my clients find happiness in their lives. Coming to therapy can be a big step and can take you out of your comfort zone. I'm here to help you regain control of your mental health. Though I will see most people, I focus on women over the age of 50 who are struggling with pain management, anxiety, PTSD, grief issues and depression.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, 2 approaches that help people take back control of their mental health and restore life. I like to approach each person's care individually, paying attention to goals and expectations for treatment. The journey can be challenging and I am here to support you each step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, I like to focus on what your goals are and how we can work together to meet them. I pride myself in giving you a space to express yourself freely, without fear of judgement. I work to build a trusting relationship where you are free to explore yourself. When we first meet, I also like to go over the expectation you have for your care and my expectations for our working partnership.
