Great to meet you!

NOT ACCEPTING NEW EAP CLIENTS.

I’m Maureen, and I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, particularly as these challenges relate to cultural identity, self-esteem, and perfectionism. I also support clients with related concerns, including disordered eating patterns, adoption-related experiences, family of origin, obesity and weight issues, medical anxiety and treatment burnout, life transitions, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Together, we will work collaboratively to build insight, practical coping strategies, and self-compassion, helping you to navigate challenges and cultivate balance, resilience, and clarity in your everyday life. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space where each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and values are honored. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, drawing on holistic, integrative and nutrition-informed perspectives to help you feel your best.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a safe and supportive space. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story, talk about what’s on your mind, and explore your goals for therapy.

Together, we’ll create a plan that feels right for you and sets the foundation for growth, insight, and positive change. You will hopefully leave the session feeling heard, understood, and clear about the next steps on your journey.
