Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting people through life transitions, relationship challenges, and the struggle to reclaim their personal autonomy. I specialize in helping people heal from toxic relationships, set healthy boundaries, and overcome guilt and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I help you move beyond simply 'venting' and into deep, transformative work. Together, we will deconstruct the patterns that keep you stuck—whether that’s chronic overthinking, the exhaustion of people-pleasing, or the weight of unearned guilt.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about clarity and connection. We will start by exploring what brought you here and, more importantly, where you want to go. My goal is for you to leave that very first session feeling heard, understood, and—most importantly—hopeful.

I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process openly, but I also offer the clinical structure needed to ensure you are moving toward lasting change.

You can expect to grow at your own pace, leaving our sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and increasingly confident in your ability to navigate life on your own terms.
