Great to meet you!

I am a multi-state Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic stress, and the exhaustion of people-pleasing. If you spend your energy keeping the peace, putting others first, or carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs, it’s easy to feel drained, anxious, and disconnected from yourself. I help clients heal from past trauma, move through burnout, and build healthier boundaries that last. You deserve a grounded, compassionate space where you don’t have to play a role, keep everyone happy, or figure everything out on your own.

My approach to therapy

I help you move beyond surface-level venting toward meaningful, structured growth. My approach draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. This may include cognitive and behavioral strategies, acceptance-based approaches, mindfulness, trauma-focused interventions, and other techniques as appropriate. Together, we’ll explore the patterns underlying what you’re experiencing—whether that’s chronic overthinking, walking on eggshells, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or unearned guilt. We’ll combine deeper pattern-work with practical strategies to manage anxiety and overwhelming emotions, strengthen self-trust, build healthier boundaries, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our initial session is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and beginning to identify the goals that matter most to you. We’ll review relevant history, discuss your current challenges, and start developing a direction for our work together. I provide a warm, compassionate space where you can speak openly, balanced with the clinical guidance needed to help you move forward. You can expect to leave your first session with greater clarity about what you want from therapy and a sense of direction for our work together.
