Great to meet you!

I love being part of helping people heal from terrible things, and I am inspired by my client's resilience! My degrees are in Marriage and Family/Community Counseling because I love the idea of working with healthy people who happen to be adapted to unhealthy experiences. My speciality is childhood trauma, but I work with people of all ages.

My approach to therapy

I use TF-CBT, EMDR, ARC, CBT, DBT, and ACT to help people recover from maltreatment and build healthier, happier lives. I don't believe in easy answers, but therapy can be fun.

What you can expect from me

I am a good listener and can help you find your own strengths and build on them. You will leave sessions with new ideas, strategies, skills, and active plans to try new things. Most of all, I help people find hope, and build better lives.
