A bit about my approach to therapy

I meet my clients where they are at in life, in a non-judgemental and empathetic manner. I have not only practice-based knowledge but also bring self tried systems and solutions to therapy. I utilize an integrative style of therapies which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method, Narrative and Person-Centered therapies, along with Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
