Great to meet you!

I am a relationship wellness therapist and coach, supporting adults who are quite successful in life, but struggle with certain relationships. I hold specialized training in narcissism, intergenerational trauma, and emotional abuse. I love to help people connect to the strongest parts of themselves and experience a more meaningful quality of life. If you are facing challenges in your relationship, I can help.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, while also being practical and gently direct. I help clients understand how relationship injuries, family dynamics, trauma, and protective patterns shape the ways they relate to themselves and others. Drawing from attachment theory, family systems, IFS, somatic practices, mindfulness, and CBT, I support clients in slowing down, reconnecting with their own inner wisdom, and resolving major relationship struggles from a place of self-trust. I help clients learn how to build healthy, fulfilling relationships without losing themselves, betraying their own needs, or carrying the emotional work of the relationship alone. Therapy with me is a compassionate space to feel deeply understood while also being supported in creating meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

People who work with me can expect to experience more self-connection, emotional freedom, and deeper self-trust. Dealing with narcissistic people is draining and confusing. I am able to offer the specialized know-how and support needed to reconnect with your own worth, remember who you are, and live the life you desire.
