Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed therapist who believes meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely understood, respected, and supported. My approach is collaborative and client-centered—I meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build practical tools to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
I draw from an integrative framework that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, humanistic and client-centered therapy, and Nonviolent Communication. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor sessions to your needs in the moment, focusing on small, meaningful steps that create momentum and real-life change.
I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress and burnout, relationship challenges, grief, and adjustment-related concerns. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and want support in finding steadiness, self-trust, and direction again.
My style is warm, practical, and reflective. I value helping clients build self-compassion, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop skills they can actually use outside of sessions. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or feeling unsure about your “next chapter,” therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and create change that feels sustainable and aligned with your values.
