Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor of over 14 years, I absolutely love what I do. I have a passion for people and want them to be successful in life...however that looks to them. Some areas of focus I help people with are anxiety, overthinking, family/interpersonal conflicts, relationship challenges, communication challenges, and any issues that keep you from living life the way you want.

I serve adolescents 12-19, adults, couples, and families.

My approach to therapy

I believe the most effective approach to therapy is to work with you to determine how therapy will look and work best for you. By focusing on the issues important to you, change is more likely to happen and to be long-lasting. It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to have a person who's going to support you where you are, give you space and grace to learn and grow, and guide you into a new understanding and perspective of your situation. When people are struggling, I often tell them, “When you’re in the mud, all you see is mud.” In that moment, you can’t see the hope of change. Through therapy, I will help you clear away the mud, therefore helping you gain clarity and see new perspectives.
