Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help isn’t always easy. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or past trauma, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with kids, teens, and adults (ages 6 and up) to find real, practical ways to feel better — whether that’s through talk therapy, medication, or a mix of both.

My style is open-minded, supportive, and focused on what actually works for you. I’m here to listen, figure things out with you, and help you move toward feeling more like yourself again.

I’m a board-certified nurse practitioner with advanced training in mental health care. I hold a master’s degree in nursing from Spring Arbor University and a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise. But more than that, I care deeply about showing up for people in a way that feels human, respectful, and real.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I believe you know your body and your experiences better than anyone else, and that your voice should be central in your care. I’m here to really listen — to what’s working, what’s not, and what matters most to you.

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits you — not a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether that includes therapy, medication, or a combination of both, my goal is to support you in a way that feels right, respectful, and effective.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to walk away with a clear, confident understanding of your treatment — not just a plan on paper, but a real sense of why we're taking certain steps and how it all connects to your goals. I want you to feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in your care every step of the way.

I take a solution-focused approach, always aiming to help you move forward with care that’s thoughtful, practical, and tailored to what you need most.
