Great to meet you!

As a Doctor of Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide virtual therapy to youth, adults, and families who are experiencing trauma, stress, and mental health challenges. I earned my Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and my Masters of Social Services/Social Work from Bryn Mawr College. I use creative, strengths-based methods to support clients as they journey from a path of overwhelm and defeat to a path of relief and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a partnership. As we work together, we develop a unique plan that meets your needs and helps you work toward your goals.

My favorite approaches and interventions include:

Trauma-informed practice

Storiez

Narrative therapy

Expressive arts therapy

What you can expect from me

In addition to helping you talk about the past, therapy can also help you envision a new and different future for yourself. My hope is that in our work together, you will journey from a path of overwhelm and defeat to a path of relief and hope.
