Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of combined experience in mental health, therapy, and pastoral counseling, I have learned that an untrained mind becomes an obstacle instead of a powerful tool for driving positive changes in our lives. By blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with spiritual, philosophical, and/or religious practices, you can set yourself free to develop and pursue realistic goals, while achieving a healthy balance in all aspects of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to meet you where you are by offering you a safe place of non-judgment. Here you can authentically express yourself while exploring the relationship with a Higher Power of your own interpretation and understanding. All loving spiritual practices are welcome. Heal your past and reconcile with your present circumstances to build a strong foundation for your future. Peace is available and hope is alive even if we don't always recognize it. I am here to help you grow that awareness.

What you can expect from me

What are your thoughts telling you? Are you paying attention? Past traumas and generational stories are often like old recordings that can play repeatedly in our minds without us noticing. Yet, over time, these thoughts can lead to depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, and general dissatisfaction with our lives. You can heal! You can do this!
