Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 16 years of experience helping individuals navigate healing and personal transformation. My practice specializes in trauma recovery and is designed for individuals who are ready to move beyond symptom management and engage in meaningful, lasting healing.

I specialize in trauma-focused therapies including EMDR, Brainspotting, Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR), and inner child work. I believe that many present-day struggles are rooted in unresolved experiences, and I work collaboratively with clients to explore those deeper layers with compassion and care.

My approach is warm, supportive, and intentional. I work best with clients who are ready to actively engage in the healing process, develop greater self-awareness, and create lasting change. Healing is possible, and you do not have to walk that journey alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing occurs when we move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin addressing the root causes of emotional pain. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply transformative, creating a safe space for clients to explore the experiences that have shaped them. Together, we will explore unresolved experiences, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and support your nervous system in processing and integrating difficult life experiences.

I view therapy as a partnership. While I provide guidance, expertise, and support, meaningful healing also requires a willingness to engage in the process with openness and curiosity. I work best with clients who are ready to explore themselves more deeply and are committed to creating lasting change.

My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness and love, strengthen their connection to themselves, and move toward a life marked by healing, freedom, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we will begin getting to know one another. We will begin exploring your story, current concerns, and goals for therapy. Together, we will determine whether my approach is the right fit for your needs and begin creating a personalized path toward healing. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
