Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Meg DePasquale and I have been a clinical social worker for over 25 year and have my doctorate in social work. I am passionate about helping people to become the best version of themselves. I provide a safe and non judgemental space that allows people to work through the challenges that they are facing in a supportive and empowering manner. I work with clients ages 18 and older.

How can I help?

My approach to therapy

I use trauma informed practices in all my interactions with my clients and others that I work with. What that means is that I am transparent with my words and actions. I am here to develop a trusting and strengths based relationship with my clients so that they feel safe to dive into the areas in their lives that they want to work on.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel supported after their sessions with me. They learn coping skills and depending on their needs, they may get some homework/worksheets to help emphasize a topic we have discussed
