Great to meet you!

I bring more than 25 years of experience as a trauma-informed therapist, specializing in helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments. My work focuses on trauma, family dynamics, and neurodivergence, blending warmth and clinical expertise with a practical, strength-based approach.

My approach to therapy

Drawing from modalities such as EMDR, IFS and DBT, I support clients in untangling the patterns that keep you stuck while fostering resilience, clarity, and growth. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can move beyond survival and reclaim you story with confidence and purpose.

What you can expect from me

I start where you are, moving at a pace that feels right for you while gently identifying opportunities for growth and meaningful challenge. Our work is collaborative — as you share your story, we will identify patterns, clarify goals, and create a path forward together. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I prioritize building a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to be vulnerable. Through connection, we can foster insight, resilience, and lasting change.
