Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm so glad you're taking this step toward finding the right support. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood.

I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in 2020, and for the past five years I've focused on early intervention, helping children and families navigate behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. I have advanced training in EMDR and Circle of Security Parenting, and I'm also a Board-Approved Supervisor who loves mentoring future clinicians.

A few areas I especially love working in:

  • -Children, adolescents, and families
  • -Early childhood mental health
  • -Trauma and EMDR
  • -Circle of Security Parenting
  • -Emotional regulation and parent-child relationships

Outside of session, I love spending time with my family, all things Disney, and my three dogs, that balance is part of what lets me bring authenticity and heart into our work together.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change grows out of a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration. You're the expert on your own life, and I meet you exactly where you are rather than applying a one-size-fits-all plan.

My approach blends practical, skill-building tools with real compassion, whether we're working through trauma with EMDR, strengthening parent-child bonds through Circle of Security Parenting, or building emotional regulation skills. I also offer telehealth, so support fits comfortably into your life.

Above all, I want our sessions to feel like a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just about getting to know each other, so there's no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll talk through what brought you in, what's been feeling hard, and what you're hoping will change, and I'll ask a few questions to get a fuller picture of you or your family.

My goal is simply to help you feel comfortable, heard, and confident that this is a space for honesty. From there, we'll start shaping a plan together at your pace, so you leave feeling like you have a partner in this process.
