Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Megan. My practice name is Inner Reflection Counseling. I have had this practice for several years. I graduated with my Master's in Counseling in 2018. My focus over the last several years has been teenagers and their families. I have experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as people how experience anxiety and depression. I have been working with people who identify as LGBTQIA+ for over 4 years.

My approach to therapy

I approach sessions with an open mind. I want sessions to be comfortable and give you the opportunity to talk about anything that has happened over the last week. I often add in coping skills into our conversation as needed.

What you can expect from me

The fist session is a lot of information gathering. I need to know some history about the concerns that you are experiencing that bring you to therapy. I also want to make sure you have to chance to ask any questions that you might have.
