Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and emotionally supported as you move along your journey toward healing. I grew up in upstate New York and received a Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology. I went to Boston College for a Masters in Social Work. My focuses are trauma, relationships, identity and regulation skills. My work has been at the Boys and Girls Club and both inpatient and outpatient settings at McLean Hospital. I work with ages 12 and on.

I enjoy bringing in music, podcasts or books into the therapeutic space when it feels appropriate. I also value using my knowledge of the mind and body connection to help others. I understand that seeking support can feel hard. I am here to listen and would love to be a safe and supportive space. I look forward to starting the work together ◡̈

My approach to therapy

I work at being open, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who uses an eclectic mix of trauma-focused therapy, IFS, DBT, and CBT—tailoring tools to fit your unique needs. Together, we’ll heighten your strengths and work at finding the path that best supports your growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be getting to know one another, kind of like getting a coffee with a friend. I like to be relaxed and understand that therapy can be scary at first. I hope to become a safe and supportive space for you over time as we build our relationship in therapy.
