Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in the field. My focus is working with individuals ages 13–18 years old, college-aged individuals, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or challenges at home, school, or relationships.

Many feel stuck, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a safe, open, nonjudgmental space to feel heard and supported. Together, we identify underlying patterns, build insight, and develop practical skills to create meaningful, lasting change.

I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy, while integrating mindfulness and family systems perspectives. I help individuals build emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on the whole person — not just symptoms, but the systems, stressors, and environments that shape daily life. I support adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, school challenges, generational trauma, and trauma-related concerns using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and more.

What you can expect from me

Individuals can expect their first session to feel structured, collaborative, and person centered. We’ll begin by exploring what brings you in, what’s currently feeling most urgent, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. I use a blend of Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, mindfulness strategies, CPT, and family-systems principles to begin identifying both strengths and stressors. Together, we’ll clarify goals, identify immediate coping tools if needed, and outline a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your values. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clear direction forward!
