Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Tulsa who built my career in community mental health, walking alongside people working through substance use, anxiety, and depression. I believe real change starts once someone feels safe enough to be honest about where they are.

My approach to therapy

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you examine the thoughts and patterns that quietly run the show, especially around substance use, anxiety, and depression. For trauma and grief, I layer in Trauma-Focused CBT and somatic, body-based work, and I use a strength-based, narrative lens to help families and couples rebuild communication. Sessions stay collaborative and grounded, shaped by my years in community mental health.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is a conversation, not an intake form: what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different. From there, I build a plan paced to you, whether that means weekly check-ins, skills you practice between sessions, or space to simply be heard. Expect honesty, structure when you want it, and a therapist who treats your story as more than a diagnosis.
