Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, or relationship struggles start to pile up, it can feel like you’re carrying everything on your own. I work with adults, seniors, and couples who are ready for a supportive space to sort through what’s going on, feel less overwhelmed, and move toward steadier emotional footing.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience providing virtual therapy across Michigan and Virginia. My approach is warm, kind, and nonjudgmental, and I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together as partners. I’m especially a good fit for people who are motivated to look at what’s getting in the way and open to trying practical tools between sessions.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based, collaborative approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and make meaningful, sustainable changes. In our work, we’ll focus on building skills you can actually use in day-to-day life—things like managing anxious thoughts, navigating conflict, and responding to stress in ways that feel more aligned with the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Outside of sessions, I love traveling, gardening, and spending time with my family. Those moments of connection and quiet help me stay grounded and energized for this work, and that same value—balance, presence, and showing up fully—is what I bring to my practice. I’m currently accepting new clients via telehealth and am in network with most major insurers through Headway.
