Great to meet you!

Hi! If you’re searching for a therapist, chances are you might be struggling with something in your life. I sure hope that whomever you choose to work with helps you feel better, think better, and ultimately process what’s happening with refined skills. You've got this!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with the LGBTQ population including adolescents, families, and adults, as well as foster/adoptive families. I also love working with anyone who recognizes a need for change or is interested in making their life better. I am a skills-based, solution-focused therapist, meaning that I focus on how to make things better in your life currently, so that if/when you're ready to dive into things from the past, you'll be able to do so with a foundation of strength.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave each session with skills to help you move forward in life. I strive to make each session end with positivity as well so that you don't feel weighted down when you leave.
