Great to meet you!

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal insight, I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, conflict, and personal and professional growth. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, evidence-based care, and honoring each person's unique strengths and experiences. My goal is to help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence, balance, and hope.

My approach to therapy

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and PTSD. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrating practical tools and strategies to help clients identify and overcome unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, conflict, or pursuing personal and professional growth, I believe in meeting you where you are and partnering with you every step of the way. It is a genuine privilege to witness others discover their strength, build resilience, and thrive, and I consider it a true joy to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing and lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect to be welcomed with kindness, respect, and a genuine desire to get to know you and your unique story. We will engage in a meaningful conversation, and I will complete a comprehensive clinical assessment to better understand your concerns, strengths, and goals. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects what you hope to achieve, identify measurable goals, and discuss the frequency and structure of our sessions. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin your journey toward healing and growth.
