Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Meg! I’m a trauma-informed, integrated therapist passionate about guiding individuals out of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves and others. My approach centers the whole person, blending nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and mindful cognitive processing to create healing that’s deeply felt, not just understood. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and a specialization in trauma recovery, anxiety, parenting, and children’s behavioral concerns, I help clients rebuild self-trust, confidence, and resilience in a safe, compassionate space—empowering lasting transformation from the inside out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, assuring, and encouraging, while also being direct when needed to help clients gain clarity and move forward. Specializing in trauma recovery, I integrate nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and cognitive processing which include modalities such as CBT, DBT, Somatic Experiencing, and Attachment Theory to name a few.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools for healing. You'll feel equipped in understanding your trauma responses, not only the state of your nervous system, but also how to regulate your nervous system. Over time, you’ll gain greater clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself, allowing you to move from simply surviving to truly thriving.
