Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing happens through genuine connection, curiosity, and compassion. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are—without judgment—as we work together toward greater understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a place where you can bring your whole self—the parts that feel confident, the parts that feel stuck, and everything in between. I'm naturally curious, and I approach each person with openness rather than assumptions because your story deserves to be understood, not rushed or fit into a box. I'll meet you with warmth, compassion, and honesty while also gently challenging you when it helps you move toward the life you want. My hope is that our work together leaves you feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and better equipped to navigate whatever life brings.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what brought you to therapy, and determine whether we're a good fit. I'm looking forward to hearing your story and partnering with you as we work toward the goals that matter most to you.
