Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a warm, relaxed, and supportive space—one where you can slow down, take a breath, and show up as you are. I'm attentive and engaged, while also making room for humor, lightness, and the natural flow of conversation. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my approach, because meaningful change happens when you feel secure enough to be open and vulnerable.

My approach to therapy

I support adults through relationship and life transitions by helping them understand attachment patterns and regulate their nervous system. Drawing on my experiences, including my time as a veteran, I blend attachment-based therapy with mind–body tools, informed by my yoga teacher training, to support grounding and connection.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, your goals, and what you're hoping for from therapy. There's no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
