Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Megan, and I work with young adults ages 18 to 26, including people with ADHD and members of the gay and queer communities. I completed my training in California, and I care about supporting people who are looking for guidance and reassurance that they can find a community where they feel understood and supported. My ideal client is curious about who they are, open to building new skills, and motivated to make changes that can improve their life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, strength-based, and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. As a behaviorist, I’m interested in how your thoughts, feelings, and actions connect, and how small, practical changes can support the life you want. I’ll help you recognize the strengths you already bring, better understand yourself, and expand your mental health toolbox with skills that fit your needs. We can work together at a pace that feels supportive and focused on your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’re welcome to share what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and anything you’d like me to know about you. There’s no need to have it all figured out before we meet. We can take time to get comfortable, talk about what you’d like to change, and begin shaping goals that feel meaningful to you. My hope is that you leave feeling listened to, encouraged, and more at ease about taking this step for yourself today.
