Great to meet you!

I'm a social worker with over twelve years of experience in the community mental health world. Whether this is all new to you or you are looking for a new approach, therapy is what you make of it and I am happy to be there to support you along the way. I have a special place in my heart for working with older adults and their families, LGBTQ+ folks, and those with chronic illnesses. I’d love to help you figure out what’s next. Can’t wait to meet you!

My approach to therapy

My approach typically is from a solutions-focused and strengths-based perspective, to help you take steps towards whatever goals you identify for yourself. If you are unsure about what direction you want to move in, I can help with figuring out what's next. There is no judgement, no pressure, my goal is only to help you get where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients experiencing a range of life experiences. In our initial sessions we will discuss why you are seeking therapy, what has been useful (or not so useful) in the past, and how you feel most comfortable moving forward.
