Great to meet you!

I have worked for over 12 years as a spiritual and licensed mental health counselor. I am passionate about helping women of all ages reconnect more deeply with themselves and find a place that feels secure and centered so they can navigate life's challenges and the times we live in. I've helped with challenges ranging from anxiety to lack of self-worth and spiritual connection, and those diagnosed with breast cancer, terminal illness, and those transitioning out of life.

My approach to therapy

I always consider a person's body, mind, and spirit. I work to develop trusting relationships with my clients. I invite clients to build a relationship with their natural surroundings, the horses (when desired), and their bodies, hearts, true beliefs, and values. I work with what a client is experiencing at the moment and help uncover how their emotion or energy wants to express and move.

What you can expect from me

We will get to know one another and begin building the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. I will ask you to tell me about yourself, and we may start diving into those places where I feel or hear emotion, stress, or hesitation rising in you. I will listen unconditionally and guide you to find a new awareness of what has been stored inside, helping you see that it is possible to move through it and find peace. I am available in person for nature-based or equine-assisted therapy or online.
