Great to meet you!

I specialize in working through trauma, using EMDR and cognitive models to integrate a painful past into a hope-filled present. Using empirically-backed solutions, unflinching honesty, and kindness every step of the way, it is my hope that I can help you get back to your life and build your future.

I work with clients who have experienced trauma in their pasts and currently live with anxious, depressive, or other adverse symptoms that they would like to resolve. Whether that comes from divorce, domestic violence, or other painful events, we will be able to integrate them together.

My approach to therapy

I believe strongly in the power of expression and acknowledgement. In your first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and how I can help. Different therapies have different paths, but ultimately you will choose our course; I am your navigator.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to come away from our sessions with a fresh perspective on themselves. It is my hope that, as our sessions continue, clients will expand their understanding and be able to apply change to their lives.
