Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a PhD Candidate in Clinical Psychology (Health Emphasis). I’m currently completing my residency in Behavioral Health and Health Psychology at Essentia Health in Duluth, MN. I offer virtual therapy and psychological assessment services for clients located in Oregon.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I see therapy as a space to explore your experiences, strengthen self-understanding, and develop tools to live in alignment with your values.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I focus on getting to know you as a whole person—your mind, body, and life experiences. We’ll discuss what’s been most challenging lately, what you hope to gain from therapy, and start developing a plan that feels collaborative and empowering. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel safe to begin the process of healing and growth.
