Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist and I've been practicing in NH since about 2010. I believe that individuals heal in the context of safe relationships and that therapy can be a place to build a model of safety which folks can transfer into other aspects of their lives. I center the dignity of each patient's intersectional identity.

My approach to therapy

I am a trauma therapist by nature and utilize the following models with youth and families: CPP; TF-CBT; and CBT. With adult patients I primarily utilize EMDR.

What you can expect from me

This will be an opportunity to ensure that my style and approach feel comfortable and support enough for you to do the uncomfortable work of therapy. We will engage in a clinical interview and work to identify goals.
