Great to meet you!

I help people improve their relationship with food, and their body. I also help people learn how to adjust and cope with changes when diagnosed with a medical condition.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon since 2015. I have worked in Primary Care helping patients improve their mental health and physical health. I have also provided addictions treatment and eating disorder treatment for more than a decade. I have additional training in nutrition coaching and integrated/holistic approaches to mental health.

My approach to therapy

I feel honored to help each client who comes my way, and know that change can feel hard, but is also possible. I use Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness approaches to help clients identify their most important goals so they can improve the quality of their lives. I believe it is important that this process also honors your unique and authentic self.

What you can expect from me

After sessions my clients will have something concrete to practice in every day life that is intended to address their problem. In sessions we will review how the practice went to get more information and make adjustments as needed.
