Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship stress, or feeling overwhelmed by school or work. I work with adults to help them better understand what’s getting in the way and to develop practical tools for moving forward. With over 15 years of experience, I bring a direct, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel both challenged and encouraged, and I often use humor to help make the therapeutic process feel more approachable and real. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating—it can be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a focus on developing practical tools clients can use in their daily lives. Together, we’ll work on identifying patterns, building coping strategies, and creating realistic, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

I provide virtual therapy to clients across Maryland and am in-network with most private insurance plans, making care more accessible and convenient. If you’re looking for a therapist who is experienced, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in helping you move forward, I’d be glad to connect.
