Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health clinician and paramedic. My work with individuals and couples is centered around connecting the whole body. If you have struggled with typical treatments and therapy and need out of the box ideas, we will be a great fit.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma informed. We have to think out of the norm at times. Having the support of a therapist to guide you through your healing is my focus.

What you can expect from me

The first session is our get to know each other session. Feel free to tell me about what brings you to therapy and I am open to answering questions about my treatment methods and I will be able to give you an overall approach to your care.
