Great to meet you!

Greetings! Therapy is a team effort - no one should face life’s challenges alone. I have experience working with people struggling with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Trauma and Stress-related Disorders, Life Transitions, Grief, Chronic Illness and Pain, Identity Development, and Relationship Dynamics. I work with people from all walks of life – teens, young adults, older adults, veterans, a diversity of races, ethnicities, religions, sexualities, gender identities, socio economic statuses, and worldviews.

If you are seeking a supportive, judgment-free zone to sort through challenges, get unstuck, and become the best version of yourself, you’ve come to the right place. I welcome you to get curious as we uncover what makes you “you” and discover methods that will lead you to fulfillment and peace. Allow me to walk with you, you don’t have to walk alone.

My approach to therapy

I will emphasize your strengths and creatively weave together tools from a range of evidence-based therapies to fit your unique goals and learning style. In our work together, you will build skills to identify your values and strengthen your identity, tolerate distress, identify and regulate your emotions, improve communication and relationships, navigate uncertainty and change, increase fulfillment, and explore your beliefs to identify where they came from and examine how they may or may not be serving you now,

What you can expect from me

I first get to know you and learn what brought you to therapy. Together, we will identify what to focus on and make a plan to get you feeling better. I will then tailor treatment to your goals and learning style using tools from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused, Parts Work, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Family Systems, Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, and others.
