Great to meet you!

For nearly 20 years, I have had the the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life's most difficult and transformative moments. Since becoming fully licensed in 2013, I have extensive experience working with healthcare professionals, trauma survivors, individuals adjusting to chronic illness or life-changing diagnoses, and those navigating substance use and recovery. LGBTQIA+ affirming.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins through authentic connection, emotional safety, and the opportunity to explore your experiences without judgment. Therapy is a collaborative process that honors both your resilience and your humanity.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down, connect, and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. Together, we will explore your experiences, current challenges, and the ares of life where you are seeking support, healing, or change. You are welcome exactly as you are-- there are no expectation to have the "right words" or share everything immediately.
