I provide affirming, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, burnout, identity concerns, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and safe enough to explore difficult emotions and experiences without judgment. As a queer therapist, I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients navigating identity, belonging, relationships, and the stress of existing within an increasingly complex social and political climate.
