Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself reacting to stress more often than living with intention and purpose? Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition or managing anxiety or depression, therapy provides a safe space to pause, reflect, and start building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with what truly matters to you.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients to individually tailor sessions using evidence-based tools to address current stressors as well as deeper-rooted patterns that may be affecting quality of life. Together, we'll identify and set goals that are meaningful to you—whether that's improving relationships, building self-esteem, managing stress, or focusing on another area important to you.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you and I will have an opportunity to get to know one another. I want to hear about what you would like to focus on in therapy. We will begin to build a roadmap of how we might work collaboratively on the issues most important to you.
