Great to meet you!

You may have already tried pushing through on your own. Whether you're a teenager struggling to keep up with life, a family stuck in the same painful cycle, or an adult still carrying something you've never said out loud, you don't have to figure this out alone. I'm Meghan, a licensed clinical social worker based in Michigan and a proud graduate of Michigan State University. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, and the weight of complicated relationships. I've spent 16 years in this work, and I bring both clinical expertise and real warmth to every

session - no judgment, no cookie-cutter advice. I work entirely via telehealth, so you can access care from wherever you are in Michigan - whether that's your living room, your car between school pickups, or a quiet office.

My approach to therapy

The approach we take depends on what's actually happening in your life. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches - Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, CBT for anxiety and depression, Solution Focused Brief Therapy when you need practical tools fast, and Multi-Systemic Therapy when family dynamics are part of the picture. In my practice, we will always focus on your strengths, and begin where you are socially and emotionally. We will work collaboratively to help you develop practical, real-world skills.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation - not a checklist. I'll ask about what's been hard, what you're hoping for, and what's brought you to this point. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. Most people leave that first session feeling lighter just from having been heard. From there, we'll build a plan together - tailored to you, grounded in your strengths, and focused on what you actually want your life to look like. Ready to get started? I'd love to connect.
