Great to meet you!

You don't have to carry everything on your own anymore. Healing begins the moment you decide you deserve support, and you've already taken that first step by being here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and nationally certified trauma therapist who works with teens and adults navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, stress, and life's many transitions. Whether your pain feels recent or something you've carried for years, you'll find a space where you're heard without judgment and supported at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should feel like a partnership, not a checklist. My person-centered approach is built around understanding your unique experiences, strengths, and goals so we can create a path forward that feels meaningful to you. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, develop practical tools to manage difficult emotions, and work toward lasting healing and resilience. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to slow down and tell your story in a comfortable, supportive environment. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what's most important to you right now, and what you hope life will look like as you begin to heal. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of how we can work together and a plan tailored to your needs, so you can move forward with confidence and hope. Congratulations on taking the first step toward healing!
