Great to meet you!

My name is Meghan and I have been working as a clinical social worker in Oregon since 2009. I believe that within each person there is a place of profound wisdom and an innate power for healing and growth. To facilitate healing, I help people tap into this space to get unstuck and create a life that is in alignment with their values. I believe that as human beings, we are strong, resilient, and often wiser than we know.

My approach to therapy

In addition to my role as therapist, I have worked as a yoga teacher for many years. Through this work, I have come to believe that transformative healing occurs when we consider our whole being (mind-body-spirit). Some of the issues I support folks with are anxiety, navigating life changes/stressors and managing parenting issues.

What you can expect from me

My approach is described as kind, warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I enjoy working with people who are curious and motivated to engage in the work of healing. It is an honor to do this work, and I look forward to connecting and answering any questions you have about this process.
