Great to meet you!

I believe my role as a therapist is to be a tool for change and support as you walk your own path. I operate from the assumption that you are the expert of your own life, and I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I bring unconditional warmth and empathy to sessions while also helping clients determine their own negative beliefs/patterns that may be contributing to feelings of distress. With increased awareness and insight, together we can work on reaching your own unique goals.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of different modalities to best support you and your presenting needs. I am very good at reading clients and their current needs, and use a non-judgmental approach to push you forward on your unique path. I work with all populations, but specialize in perinatal mental health. The transition to becoming a parent is one of the most transformative experiences in life, and I have specialized training to support you through this unique transition and life phase.

What you can expect from me

I believe that the most productive and successful therapy occurs when clients leave feeling seen, heard, and understood. I aim to provide ongoing psycho-education and concrete tools to apply to every day life situations for my clients, and my hope is that clients leave sessions feeling more empowered to face the challenges in their own lives.
