Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a total of 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Kennesaw State University in 2021 and have worked with clients in a variety of settings. I specialize in supporting people navigating anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, and major life transitions. Seeking help takes courage, and I want you to know you don’t have to go through these challenges alone.

My approach to therapy

I bring humor, acceptance, and a radically genuine presence to my work because I believe therapy should feel both supportive and real. My style is warm and collaborative, while also encouraging you to explore new perspectives and possibilities. Together, we’ll build a space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward the changes you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, I’ll invite you to share your story, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’d like to get out of it. I’ll listen closely, ask questions to better understand your goals, and begin mapping out how we can work together. My priority is to create a welcoming space where you feel understood, supported, and ready to take steps toward change.
