Great to meet you!

As someone who identifies as a Neurodivergent and Queer Femme, I have personally navigated the path to self-compassion and liberation. Now, I am committed to helping others do the same.

My own journey to seek help and undergo treatment was a catalyst for my career in counseling and psychological services. I understand the unique challenges faced by those who have been forced to conceal their true identities.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in Neurodivergent and LGBTQ-affirmative psychotherapy, I work towards fostering clients’ self-worth and trust. By encouraging clients to rediscover their authentic selves, I empower them to lead happier, more fulfilled lives. Using deep listening, empathetic conversations, and evidence-based practices (such as DBT skills, EMDR, Sex-positive Therapy, and Attachment Theory) I help individuals tap into their inner sources of strength.

What you can expect from me

It is mt true passion to be beside you on your path to a mindful and meaningful life where you can find long-term comfort and confidence and celebrate your unique self.

Day-to-day life can feel like an eternal struggle with communication difficulties, trauma, and identification and the additional difficulty of coming to terms with previous actions or words can make you feel like you don’t belong.

No matter what your wonderful, beautiful, and unique story is, I listen and focus on developing self-awareness, social skills and affirming therapy to foster healthy relationships and sexual practices.
