Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults, children, and teens. I also partner with parents to support children and adolescents at school and home. As part of the adoption community, I have a passion for helping other adoptive families.

Focus areas: anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, executive function struggles, children struggling with parent separation/divorce, adoption, gifted children,Twice-Exceptional (2E).

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of therapy approaches to fit the needs of the client and feels it’s important to help clients recognize their strengths and set their own goals. Depending on the goals and needs of a client, I might give homework such as journaling or practicing skills they learned in a session. Some approaches or programs I might use with a client could be CBT or Solution Focused Therapy. I offer an evidenced based program for anxiety in children.

What you can expect from me

I use our first meeting to develop a space where a client can safely share their hopes and goals. I will also address a client’s concerns or questions about therapy.
