Great to meet you!

I am a firm believer that EVERYONE can benefit from therapy at some point in life. I love pairing the science of therapy with the art of conversation. I utilize and pull from several treatment models and will focus on finding tools for YOU. Let's see if we are a good fit to bring to life the solutions and outcomes you came here to find!

My approach to therapy

My style is very laid back but professional. I have been told by clients that they instantly felt welcome and safe within moments of meeting me. I love working with anxiety sufferers, loved ones of people struggling with addiction, and people experiencing family conflicts that can seem unavoidable. I am always aware that people come to therapy when things in their life don't feel so great. When someone comes to therapy, it tells me that they know they don't have to feel the way they do.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk out of sessions with real-life tools, a sense of inner power and peace, and confidence to create the life they want to lead. Finding ways to exist in the human experience in the most enjoyable and content way possible is always my goal for sessions.
